Sacred – Sacred Music is dedicated to religious faith themes and symbols. This music is deemed worthy of religious ceremony. Schedule a time to meet the organist the church before you start choosing your ceremony music. Beware that some churches have very firm rules about what music is used in liturgical contexts. The organist of the church must be well qualified to help you choose your ceremony music marriage.
Secular – Secular music is dedicated to a non-religious purpose. This is not necessarily prohibited during religious services, but you must confirm with your house of worship music chosen is approved.
